1. If you are already done filling up the order for/reservation form, send it to the account of the shop through direct message.
2. Please be patient. We sincerely apologize if any orders will be delayed/late.
3. Our flower shop is open for Filipino and International roleplayers!
4. You SHOULD follow the account first before sending your order/reservation form. Those accounts that will order but doesn't follow the shop, their orders will be disregarded.
5. You can order one (1) up to ONLY four (4) products/items in a single order.
6. Your order can be only sent ONCE. Please be patient.
7. A heart react will be reacted to your message if it has already been delivered.
8. The operating hours of Bloom Couture is from 10:00am - 11:30pm. Our shop will be CLOSED on THURSDAYS.
9. We also do events! If you wish to decorate your venue with our amazing arrangements, just contact the shop.
10. Questions and concerns will be entertained. Just direct message the shop and we will be happy to answer it!

Receiver: The recipient's username SHOULD be used to fill this up.
Code of bouquet/flower: Only the code beside the flower's name should be used to fill this up.
Code of treat/s (optional): Only the code beside the treat's name should be used to fill this up.
Code of bento box/es (optional): Only the code beside the bento box's name should be used to fill this up.
Message (optional): The message of the sender to the recipient.
Sender: It should be the sender’s username, codename, or you can send it anonymously by typing ‘anon.’
Date (optional; for reservation form only): The date the sender wants the order to be sent.
